Vacations R Us

You know...this vacationing instead of working...it's not a bad deal. Took off for 5 days to Sun Valley Idaho for a little bit of skiing. Well, I don't actually use skis I use Snow blades. They are little mini skis that everyone makes fun of...until they find out I can keep up with them and go through trees they would be pulling a "Sonny Bono" on. Anyway...I digress. Yes, 5 sunny days of skiing in the land of money. There is a ridiculous amount of wealth and fame running around there.

Highlight of the trip: Being targeted for a one night stand by these Canadian girls that needed a third because they had already met two other guys but didn't want to leave their friend alone and I just happened to be a single guy and alone at that particular moment. Damn I hate when that happens (ok, how often does that EVER happen).

Lowlight of the trip: -30 degrees up on the mountain one day. That is some serious cold!!

Oh, and the place we stayed in wasn't that bad either. It was 50 feet from the lodge and the ski lift and had a view out the window of the half pipe (they had a professional meet one night and it was pretty cool). This house was probably worth about 7 million between the location and the size. Not a bad place to stay!!

I think Conti was looking for a unique job...professional vacationer is what I think you should strive for. Most people don't have time to take theirs anyway; you could take it for them!!

i do not make fun of people on ski blades or whatever because I just make fun of anyone who enjoys winter sports.

Starlet...it's hard to learn to ski when you are in the desert!
