Do you realize

Do you realize in the 1990s we didn’t all have cell phones? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1980s we didn’t all have the internet? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1970s we didn’t all have ATMs? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1960s we didn’t all have calculators? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1950s we didn’t all have color TVs? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1940s we didn’t all have TV at all? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1930s we didn’t all have refrigerators? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1920s we didn’t all have legal alcohol? How did we survive?
Do you realize in the 1910s we didn’t all have automobiles? How did we survive?

Me? I thank God for my thin digital camera, for microwaves, for dry-fit fabric, for inline skates, for bike shifters on the handlebars, for bag-o-salad, for ATMs, for Tevo, for digital music, for Jiffy Lube, and about a bazillion other things I take for granted…
