I Dream Of Lucy meeting Jeannie. That would have been funny.
God bless.
Unbelievably first!! Yahoo!
good thing updating the oldies but goldies....
hmf - second. Mrs U - d'you LIVE here on top of Ve's nonsense?
I can just imagine how surprised the professor would be in today's world of technology! Wireless coconuts? Hmmm...
LMAO! Especially Gilligan's Island and Wild, Wild, West...I just know there's a parody in there..somewhere...heh, heh...
@monica, I think Mrsupole has "blog-waiting"...
Oh how I miss the days of Gilligan, Jeannie and especially Lucy!
"Lucy, you got some splainin' to do!"
Funny VE!
Heh, heh! I feel the skipper's frustration!
Great take, VE!
You could do an entire series of posts with such classics!
Of course, I’m so young I only saw the re-runs of these shows. ;)
TV Land makes cable cool. Or should I say "groovy"?
Just found your blog - very funny stuff! Liked the I Love Lucy one the best.
I could use a couple of Gilligan's Island reruns to waste some time today.
I always did think that whole Jeanie/master relationship was messed up. From a woman's point of view anyway.
All of these were hysterical.
I hate I Love Lucy! I mean I really really hate that show. But I loved MASH and had a huge crush on Hawkeye.
LOL!
I would have liked to seen I dream of jeannie and Bewitched together fighting over who could clean the fastest, or cook the fastest oh maybe welll what goes on behind closed door the fastest I dont think I wanna know.
Those are funny, VE!
Suicide is painless....
Yeah, I watched all these shows. Love your updates!
Great post.
Happy Thursday!
hugs
shakira
HOPE FOR GREAT LAKES NOW!
THEME THURSDAY-HATS
What about Bewitched and her her husband whose name stayed the same but obviously was a different person
mrsupole – I think Jeannie would have sent her to Bagdad!
Monica – Almost…so close there…
Collette – Perhaps he would be out-dated in the real world…still working on transistor radios…
Subby – Blog-waiting…ha! Good one.
Quirkyloon – These were my after school routine…
Roy – We’ve all been there, haven’t we?
Beth – Hey, wait a minute, I only saw the reruns too. Right after school…
Roy – Yes, a lot of these are on there. A lot are on the internet too…
Sharonheg – How sexist was that one? Ha! I’m so bad…
Incredible woody – They were excellent time wasters…
Mama-face – It was every male’s fantasy…
Elizabeth – And he didn’t even have the eye from a hawk. Sheesh…
Perpetual – That’s it? Ok…I’ll take it…
Gab – Ooh, ooh, a mythical TV character show down…could be the start of something…
Reforminggeek – It brings on many changes…
Catladylarew – I just can’t resist messing with things…
Shakirack – You just missed my TT…but given your time zone, that’s understandable…
Gladys – That was so weird…as if we didn’t know…
LOL! Thanks for the trip down memory lane. But now I can't get that genie theme song out of my head.
:-)
i dream of jeannie could have used more of those dirty thoughts.
How funny, Dennis and Trixie guest-starred in that very same Gilligan's Island clip over on my blog!
Chris – When my hands-free device turns on, it plays the first two notes of that theme and so my mind continues the jingle every time. I told the wifey-poo and she listened and then said that only I would imagine that progression. Apparently, my imagination gets the better of me sometimes…
Jaime – Maybe they could redo it on the Skinimax channel…
Dennise – Well now I will have to go check that out!
haha, nice! is it weird that i still have a crush on the professor from 'gilligan's island'??
aladdinsane12 - I got to meet the professor a number of years ago...
Ha!
Wait, wait, stop everything...
You got to meet the professor?
Really?
When?
Where?
How?
Do tell!
When I was a kid I had a huge crush on the professor. :)
Ha! these are hilarious VE
megan - Appropriately succinct!
janna - I'll save that for a post...
nursemyra - Thank you, dearie!
