The Notebook in any era

The other day, the wifey-poo and I watched "The Notebook".  I won't go into it but this particular picture sums up the male and female response pretty well...


But the analytical me just couldn't help thinking that the famous "rain scene" could really fit into any era in human history.  Here's the orignal:

I think I like the last one the most. And yes you are such a peach for sitting with wifey-poo and watching such a tear jerker. You do have to admit it is a great love story.

for the record, i think that is one of the worst movies ever. seriously, it makes me want to stand on the back of the couch and scream obscenities at the inanity of it.

Oh thank god for unlimited.....there are some days my kids and grandkids all txt me so much that it just blows up my phone.....not literally but you get the picture.

darn those overage costs....ha...this was really funny actually....i was first introduced to the notebook (the book) by an old man that ran the video store....back when it was still carrying VHS
